Booking Please telephone or email to confirm the availability of your preferred dates then send your deposit with a completed booking form for each person in the group. Forms may be downloaded here as either a PDF or a Word document. Payment All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of £20 per person per day which will not be refunded if you subsequently cancel your booking. Full payment is due four weeks before the starting date of any activity and late bookings (within four weeks of your starting date) should be paid in full. Please make cheques / postal orders payable to Richard McGuire. Refunds No refund will be made if you cancel a booking within four weeks of your starting date and we are unable to fill your place. As a result you should consider arranging holiday insurance (see below). Additionally, if you decide you do not want to go out on any booked day no refund will be made. If we cancel an activity for any reason and are unable to offer you a suitable alternative, you will receive a full refund (including your deposit). If a day is cancelled by mutual agreement, usually on account of the weather, you will be credited with your payment minus the deposit, either as a refund or as credit against another day (when the deposit will be payable again).
